How do I change my personal account settings?
First, sign in. Then select 'My Account'. From there, follow the dialog box and adjust as necessary. If you would like to change your emailaddress, please sign in first with your old e-mail address, than you can update your account with the new address.

I have registered but I can't sign in.
Did you enter your e-mail address and password correctly? In case you forgot your password, we can send it to the e-mail address you have registered at Toys Dreamworld. Also, be sure your browser accepts cookies.

How do I set cookies to sign in and order at www.toysdreamworld.com?
A cookie contains information to identify you each time you visit Toys Dreamworld. Please consult your browser"s help function how to enable cookies.

I cannot put items in my shopping cart.
Check your browser's cookie settings and security level. Cookies should be enabled and your security setting should be medium

You may have filled out a field incorrectly. The cursor will point out the field that needs correction. Note that fields with the asterix (*) are required fields.

I am new to Toys Dream World. How do I register?
You registration is processed automatically as you order for the first time. If you wish to register prior to ordering, select "My Account" to set up your account

I forgot my password. what should I do?
On the "My account page" you will find under the email and passwordfield: Password forgotten. Click here.
You will than arrive at a special page to retrieve your password. It will be sent instantly to your emailaddress, so you can logon again.
Question 11:
I have received a confirmation twice. Does my order get delivered twice?
As your order confirmation is processed automatically, it may occasionally be send to you twice. If both confirmations refer the same order number, you will receive the order only once.
Question 12:
I have been notified that my payment has been rejected. What to do now?
There are several reasons why your payment may have gotten rejected. If you are convinced you have entered all information correctly, consult your bank.
