Delivery Service
The items you have ordered will be delivered by TNT, DHL or GLS service. If you are not at home your package is delivered at your neighbours' and a delivery note will be left in your mailbox.
Deliveries at another address
You can have your items delivered at an address of your choice. To do so, you will be able to add another adress as you check out.
  
Packaging and shipping charges
Deliveries are charged with a shipping fee depending on size and weight and adress. The correct fee is automatically calculated in the check-out process. You will be able to see the charges before you confirm you order. Currently standard packaging and shipping charges are available and will be calculated at ordering for Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxemburg, Austria and the Netherlands excluding the islands. If you prefer to have your order delivered elsewhere, please contact our customer service. We will inform you on the possibilities and charges.
Delivery time
After your payment has been recieved, your delivery will be processed and shipped within 2 upto 5 working days. The exact delivery time may vary, depending on your local delivery service. We will send you a confirmation mail on sending the order. If "track and trace" is available we will send you the number, so you can trace the order.
To ship your items, we may need to verify your order. In order to minimize possible delays, be sure to enter your (day time) phone number as you register.
Returning goods

Always make sure you use a service that provides you with a shipping document and a tracking number when returning your goods. Shipping goods is always done at your own risk.
